In September 2021 Tersus Facilities services, back then named Xtreme Cleaners Pty Ltd.

Started servicing our first shopping centre. Today, this client remains with us looking very differently now. For years, the place has been poorly service by a sole trade operator who did not really take pride on his services and was just providing the bare minimum. Since taking over on the 1st of September 2021 we started building relationships with all tenants to really understand what was important to them so we could tackle all discussed issues. Flash forwarded 19 months; the shopping precinct has turned around completely by implementing a simple yet customized scope of regular duties and ad hoc jobs we have been able to maintain the standard and improved the looks all around.
