Growing up on my family's dairy cattle property in Venezuela, my passion for business was ignited at an early age.
After gaining experience in sales management, business development, and owning hospitality venues, I eventually became the operations manager for a cleaning franchise in Queensland.
Overseeing numerous franchisees and clients, I witnessed firsthand the injustice faced by franchisees who had no control over service prices. Many of these hard-working individuals lacked a business background and were treated unfairly by the master franchisor, who prioritised personal gain.
Motivated by this experience, I set out on a personal mission to establish a business that values hard work, dedication, and ethical practices. By treating both my clients and employees with respect, leading with empathy, and adhering to legal guidelines, I have successfully doubled the size of my business each year.
My true passion lies in finding innovative solutions that not only save my clients time and money but also contribute to job creation within the communities we serve.
